- 1 tsp honey
- A glass of warm water
Drink on an empty stomach and do not consume any tea or coffee for at least an hour afterwards for maximum results!
- 1/3 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/3 tsp coriander seeds
Add the three seeds to a pot of hot water and let it boil for 5-6 minutes.
Once you've done that, let it cool until its warm, then strain the water into a cup and the mixture is ready for drinking!

- 1 cucumber
- a sprig of parsley
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- A squeeze of lemon
- Blend all the ingredients together with some water.
