Parsley Eye Mask For Dark Circles & Puffy Eyes!
Most people have some amount of discolouration of the delicate under eye skin but for many, it’s quite a persistent problem. Dark circles can be blamed on a lot many reasons and one of them is genetics. There’s nothing that one can do to avoid dark circles if it’s a part of his/her inheritance. One will never be able to cure it with a good night’s sleep. For many, dark circles are commonly caused by stress, lack of sleep, binge drinking, menstruation for women, smoking, consuming unhealthy food.

- small handful of organic parsley
- 2 tablespoons hot water
All you have to do is grind a few twigs of the parsley with a pestle and mortar until it releases the juice in the leaves. Add 2 tablespoons of hot water to the parsley and let it cool. Soak 2 cotton pads in the parsley water and place the cotton pads under your eyes for 10-15 minutes.
Parsley being rich in Vitamin C, chlorophyll and Vitamin K, helps reduce the discolouration under the eyes and reduce puffiness and diminish age spots on the skin.
Tip: You can even add a tablespoon of yogurt to the parsley paste instead of water to use it as an under eye mask.
