DIY Dry Shampoo For Lustrous Hair
Summers are here and so are bad hair days! All of us feel like we should wash our hair every day, but sadly that's EXTREMELY harmful for our hair, and wallets too. You know, shampoos aren't water to consume everyday!
So what do you do when you feel like washing your hair everyday? Well, you don't.
Dry shampoos to the rescue! The idea of dry shampoo is to repair the oily sweaty scalp and make it dry, just like you shower, cleanse the scalp etc!
There's a LOT of companies that make dry shampoo, but they're FULL of chemicals and are meant to be used very seldom.
But not this dry shampoo! Made with au naurale ingredients, this shampoo ensures that no damage whatsoever is done to your hair while removing every bit of oiliness and dirt from your hair and making it feel like it's your first day hair.
This is a great DIY recipe to make and store for emergency situations, so you can make this and put it into a mason jar and store in a cool, dry place!
So let's begin! Here's a list of things you'll need -
1. Corn flour
2. Unsweetened coco powder
3. Cinnamon powder
Corn flour is used as it absorbs all the oil and dirt, unsweetened cocoa powder will give a naturally brown colour to the mixture so that it doesn't look like you've put talcum powder in your hair and cinnamon powder is used to control any kind of smell that the hair might secrete!
Mix everything and use a normal fluffy brush to apply this on the roots of your hair and spread the mixture evenly making sure it's completely absorbed into the scalp!
An easy, yet effective DIY that transforms your bad hair day into good is now at your disposal! Would you try it?
