How To Get Rid Of DOUBLE CHIN Fast

Have all your selfies suddenly sprouted double chin ruining all your pics? Thankfully, it’s very easy to get a toned chin and neck without all the expensive surgery.

So, here are a few exercises to get rid of that stubborn face fat FAST! 

1. THE WARM UP:

A warm up is very necessary to do before any exercise to avoid any major injury.

All you’ve got to do is sit in a comfortable position, breathe and keep your head straight and then move your lower jaw forward and backwards and then side to side.

Make sure the movement is done slow and controlled without making any sudden movements.

Repeat 8-10 times

2. THE GARGLE MOVE:

This move helps stretch the muscles of the cheek reducing the dreaded double chin.

Just sit comfortably and fill up one side of your cheek with a little bit of water. Then transfer the water from one cheek to another as you would do while you’re gargling. 

Do so for about a minute and then relax.

For best results do it continuously for about 5-10 times. 

3. KISSING THE SKY:

This one strengthens and tightens those muscles that contribute to your selfie sabotaging double chin!

Sit back, relax and tilt your head back and extend your head as far as you can away from your beautiful face. Bring your lips together and pout while staring at the ceiling like you’re about to take a selfie.

This exercise will put pressure on your neck and chin. Do it for about 5 seconds and relax

Do about 15 sets

4. THE JAWLINE WORKOUT:

This exercise will strengthen and tighten those muscles that give you that double chin.

For this exercise all you need is a tennis ball. Just sit straight and place the tennis ball against the neck.Then lower your jaw by opening the mouth on top of the tennis ball and trap it 10 times in a row.

Wait for 20 seconds and repeat.

5. OUT WITH YOUR TONGUE:

This exercise works on all your facial and neck muscles reducing double chin. It also gives you a natural facelift by toning the chin muscles.

Look straight and just stick your tongue out as far as you can. Then lift your tongue upwards towards your nose and hold it for 10 seconds and then lower the tongue towards your chin and hold it again for 10 seconds.

Repeat this around 10 times. 

 

So, there you go wrap in these exercises for a few minutes daily and watch how your double chin disappears.
