INGREDIENTS

Strawberry-Avocado

  • Frozen strawberries: 1 ½ cup
  • Avocado: ¼ of an Avocado
  • Vanilla Yogurt: ¾ cup (cold)
  • Whole Milk:  ¼ cup (cold)
  • Vanilla Extract: ¼ tsp

  • Bananas: 2 (frozen)
  • Crushed Walnuts and Cashews: 4-5 of each
  • Yogurt: ¾ cup
  • Whole Milk: ¼ cup

Chocolate-Peanut Butter

  • 1 Banana: Chopped
  • Peanut Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate chips: 2 tbsp
  • Plain Yogurt: ¾ cup (cold)
  • Whole Milk: ¼ cup
  • Vanilla Extract: ¼ tsp
