RECIPE

  • Cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • Organic Honey: 1 tbsp
  • Warm Water: 1 cup

Mix these up and glug it down first thing in the morning because an empty stomach is a prerequisite for accurate results. 

The great thing about this is its almost questionable simplicity. The magic maker here is the use of cinnamon and honey together, because the two when combined reduce food cravings.

Adding some warm water to the mix not only makes this a great little brew to consume but comes with its own list of benefits as well, such as increasing the bodies metabolic rate and hence allowing you to burn more calories throughout the day.
