Glam Up Your Eye Game With A White Eye Pencil | 4 Ways
Everyone loves blue, green and even gold eye pencils now a days but when it comes to using a white eye pencil, we all hesitate a bit. The whole reason behind this hesitation is that we’ve always followed a rulebook when it comes to eye makeup and that is, dark colours are a necessity! While eyeshadows can range from light muted tones to dark and bold tones, eye pencils have always been black, navy blue, dark green, dark gold etc. However, makeup has grown and evolved SO much over the years, that now its finally time to shut the rulebook and open new doors! If you have watched international fashion shows, you must’ve noticed that white eyeshadows and white eye pencils are used extensively.
This trend is not just restricted to the runways anymore, you can easily incorporate it into your everyday eye makeup routines! White eye pencils are all the rage this season and in this video, our makeup expert Pallavi Symmons shows you exactly how this product can be used in multiple ways! Be it as a brow bone highlighter, tear duct highlighter or even on the lower lash line to open up your eye.
Just remember that when you’re using a white eye pencil on one part of your eye, use a different colour for the other parts of your eye as instructed in the video. If you’re using it on your lower lash line to open up the eye, make sure you use lots of mascara lengthen and elongate your lashes. While blending a different colour with black intensifies the feel and make it look smokier, white changes the blendability game altogether. It makes it look fresher and wide. This will look amazing with light, pastel coloured outfits, be it a muted saree, a basic top and jeans or even a t-shirt dress paired up with sneakers.
There you have it! Give your eyes a different vibe and feel with a white eye pencil!
