DIY Flash Tattoo Nail Art
Remember temporary tattoos? How they were the coolest thing you could have as a kid. Well, you don’t have to miss that anymore! Temporary tattoos have a purpose in your adult life and it might be cooler than how you used them as a kid.
Temporary tattoos stay on only for a few hours on your skin but using them on nails with a good base coat will make them last for more than 5- 7 days and they look shiny, beautiful and gorgeous!
So, lets begin!
Prep your nails with a base coat and wait for it to dry completely.
These tattoos are very basic just like applying to your skin so before you begin cut pieces of the designs you want to use.
Pull out the clear film covering the tattoo and your design is ready to use.
If your tattoo is big - Dip it in water and press it on the nail. Hold it in place for about 10-20 seconds and then lift the paper.
Alternately, if your design is on the smaller side press it firmly face down on the nail dip a brush or cotton ball soaked in water and dab it on the paper and lift off the paper for about 10-20 seconds and Voila you’re done!
INCASE OF A GOOF UP!
Check if the design has transferred or not try lifting the corner of the paper, if not pat down for a few more seconds.
If the design folds over you can straighten it out with a brush dipped in water.
LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST:
Wipe off excess product off the nail/skin with a brush dipped in acetone.
Don’t forget to finish off this gorgeous manicure by floating on a top coat to seal the beautiful design and shine.
