Gradient, Ombre & Glitter coverage, these are the 3 nail art you can achieve using only a sponge. As difficult as it may sound it's so easy to do all you need to some practice and you will no longer be away from being a pro at it.
-Start by prepping your nails with a base coat to protect your natural nails
1. Glitter Coverage Nail Art- Apply liquid latex around your nails so that the glitter polish won't make a mess around the nails . Take a sponge and apply a layer of glitter polish and dab it onto your nails. Wait for a few seconds between coats. Apply a second coat and see the coverage it gives to your nails. Remove the liquid latex once you are done with the process
2. Ombre Nail Art- Ombre is a transition between colours in the same family. Start by applying a white base colour. Wet the sponge and squeeze out excess of water, the sponge should be damp and not dripping. Apply two or three stripes of nail paint of the same family next to each other onto the sponge. Gently dab the sponge onto your nails. Wait for a few minutes before applying the second coat so that the nail paint doesn't lift off or smear .
3. Gradient Nail Art- Gradient nails art consist of transition between two or more colours. Apply a white base coat to start the nail art. Paint two stripes of different colour onto the sponge and dab it onto your nails same as you do for ombre nails.
If you mess your nail with the paint around use paint brush dipped in polish and clean the edges to get a professional looking manicure.
